Symbol map, or proportional symbol map, is used to display quantitative values at different locations. Similar to choropleth map, it only has Longtitude and Latitude on Columns and Rows.
Double-click Country/Region. This will put Latitude (generated) on the Rows, and Longtitude (generated) to Columns.
Move Profit to Color
Move Sales to Size. These two steps could be done the opposite way.
Move States to Detail.
Increase the size of States and choose any colors as you please. I also give the bubbles some borders for better clarity.
